The Benefits of Giving Rather Than Receiving
“No one has ever become poor by giving.” Anne Frank
The Universe Will Provide For You
Bob Proctor said, "Willingly give and graciously receive." It's essential to give more than you receive because receiving will automatically come when you give. When you give more value without expecting something in return, the universe will provide you with equal or more energy than you are offering.
Ways of Giving
Giving applies to every personal, spiritual, or professional area of your life. When you give, the universe will give back to you in like manner. It won't always be the same way you gave or from the same person. Trust assured you would receive in like energy that you had given in one way or another. Whether you are in sales, improving a relationship, looking for a promotion, or simply providing good vibes, the universe is always watching.
Belief in Abundance
Offering gratitude for the compassion you feel for others brings joy to people and creates lasting relationships with a foundation of trust and friendship. When we feel that someone cares for us, we want to be near them more and share the gratitude they have for us. It's important to express gratitude and give to others, so we create wellness for ourselves, others, and our community. Prosperity starts with belief in abundance. Showing others your belief in abundance and being grateful will cause prosperity for you and those you give to.
Are You Giving or Trading?
Giving without expecting to receive is a love letter to the universe. The universe will be sure to give you the energy back to you. On the other hand, if you're giving in an attempt to receive. Then you're not truly giving it all. This would be trading.
When we give, we give with joy in her heart, without expecting anything back in return. When you're offering and expecting money or some form of tangible goods in return, that is called trading. There's nothing wrong with trading, but it's not giving in the spirit to give.
Create Joy and Purpose
Find a way to help people. The more you help and give to others, the more you will receive. I believe one of the purposes in life is to find joy and help others do the same. When you give gratitude by bestowing upon others, you can find purpose. It brings great joy to our hearts to warm the lives of others through our assistance. We may get wrapped up in our jobs so often that we forget about the community around us in need of a smile or goods that could change their daily lives, but we may take them for granted.
Develop Leadership
There are many ways to gift to others. It can be with a kind gesture or compliment that inspires and develops confidence in oneself. Another way to contribute to people is by offering time and companionship or random acts of kindness. Your contribution to people doesn't cost anything but can raise spirits and show others that you are a trusted leader. Lastly, you can assist others by giving to them. We all too often seem to collect more and more and utilize less. By giving away or gifting, we can show gratitude and create space.
When others see our spirit by giving without expecting something in return, you can find a new version of yourself, a leader that sees a grander picture than only your wants and needs. The universe and your community will see this discipline and community responsibility. In return, things unseen will be coming your way to grant you more abundantly than you have ever believed.
Giving is Better to Receive
Being a go-giver will change your energy from the inside out. Be seen in ways that we do not comprehend. "Each of you must give as you have made up your mind, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver" (2 Corinthians 9:7) The good you do from your heart will bring joy to you in a multitude that you can only see looking back at the results. So, move forward in faith that giving is better to receive, and with this knowledge, let go of all past ideas that you must accept to give.
Decide here and now to put this attitude of gratitude to the test. Create the energy of abundance by giving without reservations. Our practices daily with repetition create habits, and our habits will create purpose, leadership, and happiness. Challenge yourself to make the first move in creating a better self and community by filling the cup of others with showing your generous heart to others every day, whether it's with a smile, a compliment, or a gift.
