“A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within you, than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you.”
― Bob Proctor

Have you wanted to expand and create more in your life personally and professionally but weren't sure where to start? Figuring out where to start can be overwhelming. Especially when you feel you need to expand in every direction of your life. Without the right mentorship, learning to create a new habit that will bring about success can be daunting. You can easily stray and get lost, spending years in different courses or self-learning programs with no results. Sometimes you will follow a program long enough to be hyped up about it and how you will succeed. You'll think about that plan repeatedly but not implement it.

This is where mentorship can change everything for you. A mentorship with someone who has done what you're looking to do before, and still does it repeatedly can completely change what you're looking to do by following a mentor's system. Having them hold you accountable can create everything you're looking to do within a shorter time.

Paradigm Shift

One crucial factor in realizing is that getting the success you're looking for is not the only thing you will receive in a mentorship. It's going to create inner growth for yourself as well. The change that happens from receiving guidance from somebody that has done it before and can hold you accountable is tremendous. We call this a paradigm shift. You will not plan a paradigm shift. You can only see a paradigm shift from the result looking backward. You cannot design a paradigm shift. With study, you will gain understanding. From understanding, you will gain momentum. You will achieve the success that you're looking for from that momentum. This will change everything from the inside out.

With your inner self changing, everything you're looking for around you will change. Your circumstances, your outlook, your results will change. The people around you will see the change in you also. They will either applaud you, watch you, or despite your good intentions, they will grow envious of you.

Growth Mindset Through Mentorship

Inner growth with the guidance of a mentor will cause you to grow in ways that you cannot imagine. It will cause you to have more ideas than you initially thought you may have had. You will tap into what we call infinite intelligence. You will grow in your fiscal, physical, spiritual result, but you will extend beyond previously set goals. Your goals will expand exponentially. You will create the domino effect of having bigger and better horizons as you create the results. With the proper mindset mentorship, you can create a new ideal of how to have an infinite supply of inspiration and accomplishment.

You may wonder how all this can be possible? Why hasn't this happened before? Because we want to change our circumstances rather than ourselves to get the results. It is the change from the inside, and we need to change the outside. We are spirits living in a human experience. We expand our human experience. Our spirit must grow in knowledge and understanding of ourselves and our perceptions. Once developed, those perceptions can create limitless possibilities, but we must be willing to face those perceptions and change them by thinking beyond what we have considered before.

Is this easy? Is this something that takes a lot of time? The answer is no, it is not easy, and yes, it takes a lot of time. This would be a journey beyond most journeys that you have ever faced in your life before. This is a journey facing the inside of yourselves. It would be best to face everything you have believed before and question it. We have developed paradigms. Bob Proctor said, "a paradigm is a multitude of habits stored in a section of your subconscious mind ."The subconscious mind is something that has no filter, and it records everything you see, hear, touch and experience. This part of our mind doesn't care whether it perceives reality or not or whether it is desired. It stores and records everything without prejudice.

A paradigm shift can only be achieved by immersing yourself in the journey. It creates the time and ability to be introspective without judgment of yourself. Below are a few of many habits that can make the change in yourself with continuous repetition. Will these steps cause you to change permanently? It's possible but highly with the assistance of a mentor that can help you through this journey and encourage you to stay on the path consistently. Does this mean you cannot succeed? Absolutely not. It just means that without the right type of mentorship, you may not receive the inner growth steps necessary to change all the habits that form the results you have been seeking.

3 Steps to Create the Change in Yourself

1) Do this for the rest of your life. First thing in the morning, look in the mirror and tell yourself exactly what you want to do, how you believe it is possible, and encourage yourself with great excitement. Do this with the belief that you are worthy of everything you want to receive. Tell yourself affirmations such as "I am strong. I am comfortable with who I am and everything I want, I deserve. People like me, I am creating more than I ever have before." These are just some examples. Write down what you want to see in yourself to use independently. We call these self-affirmations. When you look into the mirror, tell yourself these affirmations. You are encouraging yourself with the one person that understands you the most. You are fine-tuning and reconditioning the subconscious to believe that you are capable of everything you have always desired. It's likely your subconscious does not believe this due to past conditioning. So it would be best if you bombarded the subconscious with new capabilities. Create new conditioning to have everything you've always wanted in life and more.

2) Use encouraging self-image studies on YouTube, such as Earl Nightingale's the magic word. This is a free and concise message that can help your subconscious understand why we know what we should do, yet we do not do it. We belittle ourselves to become below the status quo because that is easy. That is not something that we have to do. Judging ourselves comes naturally, but we have to face ourselves to make everything we want in our lives possible. Most people will go through the rest of their lives without ever facing themselves as the only problem and the one and only solution they need in life. It is difficult to blame ourselves for issues we encounter because we often are own worst judgmental critics. Absorb encouraging information every single day throughout the day. When you feel that you are not on the right track because something has captured your emotional attention, that has changed your intent for the day then. You realign yourselves with good inspiration. Whether that is more affirmations in the mirror or studying and listening to something positive to reframe, Bob Proctor would say, "Where you focus goes, energy flows."

3) Meditate every single day, sometimes two or three times a day, to quiet the mind and calm the body through meditation. Every mentor I have ever looked up to has always stated that meditation has caused them to calm themselves and develop ideas and inspiration. The change in their lives is from the quietness in their mind and heart. Meditation is a practice that takes time. To be able to understand and perform. Just like riding a bike in the beginning, you fall off, scrape your knees and elbows. If you get back on and keep pedaling and understand your balance with repetition, you will be able to ride. Then it's a new experience you almost do it automatically and shortly after that you can even do it with no hands.

Meditation

Learning the practice of meditation is very similar to starting any new ability in your life. Practicing meditation is done with repetition, consistency, and guidance, which can be free by searching guided meditation on YouTube. You will find some guided meditations are for hours and others are for as little as 5 minutes. How-to meditation guidance is quite necessary to begin your meditation practice. Next, I would recommend breathing in slowly through your nose and out through your mouth or nose. Focus only on your breath, not the lightning-fast thoughts floating through your head? These thoughts will only cease by the practice of your focus. Focus on your breath. As soon as your focus goes away, catch it and immediately focus again on your breathing. Meditation is a form of relaxation that can calm your mind and tune in to the infinite intelligence that is available to all of us. Production is always at its best with a calm state of mind. Your ideas will flourish, new thoughts and suggestions from out of nowhere will become resolutions and ideas that can help you thrive.

Self-Help Courses

Self-help courses where you must keep yourself accountable can work, inspire growth and happiness. Suppose you want results that increase rapidly and create the inner change needed to satisfy your burning desires deep within the heart. A mentor can create rapid growth that will lead to the results you're looking for. The most joyous part of the results and the development you will receive is becoming a new person. Inner growth is what causes everything to change. Bob Proctor would say, "Growth starts within the spirit, then becomes intellectual, and then physical. Not the other way around. All ideas start from the spirit.

Results of Inner Growth

Suppose you're looking into the idea of results in inner growth. In that case, I implore you to consider getting a mentor who can assist you with the accountability and guidance of creating changes in your life. I do not say this because I ask you to receive a mentorship with my team or me. But I say this because I have lived it. Bob Proctor was my mentor, and he will continuously be even after he has passed. He had changed my life. To have a new light and love inside of me through the expansion and understanding of my habits, thoughts, and heart's desire do not take your life and results lightly. We are never sure how long we will be here in this experience. It is your responsibility to grow, create, and expand while here on Earth. The challenge is, are you willing to bet on yourself? Will you take the chance to experience what you're truly capable of?
