Positive Affirmations to Boost Your Morning Routine [3 Tips]

Excellent practice of affirmations starts with a positive self-image. Learn to love working on yourself and work on shifting your paradigm. Gain the confidence to do things that work in harmony with the laws of the universe. Practicing a great mindset helps you to consciously control the flow and be in the spirit of going toward abundance rather than scarcity.

The subconscious mind accepts or rejects what you give it. The goal is to use your inner voice to prevent limiting negative thoughts within a millisecond. Self-image is also essential in what you signify as abundance or scarcity. Focus on thinking of your goals, not what you don’t want. As I addressed earlier, the goal is to be in the spirit of focusing solely on abundance.

Affirmations can be positive or negative depending on the thoughts and words we think and speak. Learning effective ways of practicing positive affirmations will begin to shift your way of thinking and self-talk. Consequently, you will shift your paradigm, your old way of thinking, permanently.

Effective Affirmations to incorporate in your morning routine

Set Your Intentions with Autosuggestion

1. Starting your day by setting the intentions of your day is very important.

What are the best ways to set your intentions to make autosuggestion?

Auto-suggestion is a suggestion from yourself to yourself. When it’s used repetitively, you are sinking it into your subconscious mind, which controls 90% or more of your actions, behaviors, and habits. Doing so will lead to changing your habitual actions with consistency. In the Think and Grow Rich, in Chapter 4 – Auto-suggestion, Napoleon Hill explains, NO THOUGHT, whether it be negative or positive, CAN ENTER THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND WITHOUT THE AID OF THE PRINCIPLE OF AUTO-SUGGESTION, with the exception of thoughts picked up from the ether. Stated differently, all sense impressions which are perceived through the five senses, are stopped by the CONSCIOUS thinking mind, and may be either passed on to the subconscious mind, or rejected, at will.”

For one, you can use autosuggestion with affirmations. Write them down at least 5x’s, say them aloud, or say them in the mirror. Affirmations will set you up to win the day.

Without setting your intentions at the beginning of the day, you’re allowing the environment to objectively control how your day flows. But if you set your intentions subjectively, especially with affirmations, you will create an explosive amount of positive creation in everything you do throughout the day.

2. Reprogram your subconscious mind by using autosuggestion by listening to the Paradigm Affirmation by Bob Proctor.

Listen to the audio with emotion. Listen to the video for 30 days to program affirmation into your subconscious mind. Use all your senses and open your heart to it. Write down what you learned and how you felt after listening to the audio. The goal is to boost your mood, set up your day for an improved attitude, and raise your Vibration level.

2 Examples of daily affirmations you can write or say before you start your day.

Words can impact your subconscious mind strongly. Read your affirmation with emotion, intent, and belief. Your emotions raise your vibrational state and the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction is a force of particles that resists separation. Thus your thoughts and emotions attract what you put out.

Start your affirmation with I’m so happy and grateful now that….

  •  I Am…Add your goal. For example, “I am earning my annual income monthly. And it feels amazing!” Say your affirmation as if it’s already done. Say it in the present tense.

  • I Am…put a trait you would like to find in yourself that you currently do not harness consistently. “I am fit, strong, and healthy. And I love it! I’m feeling good and looking great! Or say, I am confident, fearless, daring, and brave. I make things happen and take instantaneous action! I am unstoppable!

Your self-talk impacts your conscious mind and whatever you feed it; your words dive deep into your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is the emotional part of your brain. This is where we feel love, fear, pain, etc.

Do the steps above that get you excited and that you are emotionally connected to. In the next 12 months, write your goal down at least 5-10x’s, read it out loud, and envision it as if your goal is already happening. Be the watcher of your thoughts.
