Evidence for the Law of Attraction (+Studies)

Thoughts Become Things 〰️
Does the Law Attraction really work? Is it as easy as changing your words and thought patterns to attract what you want in life? I gathered some research to see how they connect to this phenomenon.
The Law of Attraction is when attraction acts as a vibrational force acting mutually between matter particles. Attraction occurs when particles are attracted together and are inseparable, taking place between people or things. Thus, your thoughts and feelings attract what you decide into your life. Bob Proctor says the Law of Vibration is the secondary law while the Law of Attraction is the primary law. The Law of Vibration results in attraction because the universe is in vibration, and we all vibrate on different frequency levels. Feelings vary depending on the level of frequency we are on. We attract other people and things on similar vibrational frequencies, just like atoms or magnets attract the like. Positive thoughts attract positive people and things and vice versa with negative thinking. I gathered some scientific actual study cases to see if what we put out in the universe is what we receive.
Dr. Masaru Emoto’s Rice Experiment
Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese scientist, wanted to experiment with testing the power of intention by saying negative or positive words. He used three jars of water and rice. One jar was labeled "Thank You." The second jar was labeled "You Idiot." The third jar was marked "No Label." He would tell the "Thank You" jar, "thank you with positive, loving, and grateful emotion." Secondly, he would yell at the "You Idiot" jar, saying, "you're an idiot," angry and frustrated. Third, he was indifferent to the "No Label" jar by ignoring the jar. After 30 days, the results were clear. The first jar he was grateful toward had fermented, but there was no black mold or rot. The second jar Dr. Emoto showed frustration with was filled with black mold. The third jar he ignored had more mold and decay than the second one.
After observing his findings, he found that the positive words helped the rice and water thrive, whereas expressing negative emotions and words caused black mold. The abandoned jar was destroyed by mold and rot. He concluded that our feelings, words, and thoughts affect our mental and physical health.
Brain imaging studies and Law of Attraction
Srinivasan Pillay, Contributor, CEO of NeuroBusiness Group, and award-winning author, says brain imaging shows that part of the brain is activated when you experience the law of attraction. According to Pillay, there is a debate on how you can attract the kind of energy you put out. Law of attraction speakers, authors, and teachers such as Wayne Dyer, Abraham Hicks, and Bob Proctor, authors of The Secret, The Magic, and The Power, supported this pseudoscience. He mentioned that scientists discovered that we have a set of "mirrored neurons." They allow us to connect with others or copy what someone else is doing. Your brain is stimulated when you watch someone perform a gnarly snowboard trick, and you start to feel as if you can achieve this trick. He says when people experience having a "gut feeling," the feeling is connected with their brain because we mirror other people's emotions.
Pillay also found another brain imaging study that ties in with the Law of Attraction. The amygdala, the brain nerve cells, is activated, and we attract emotions such as fear or joy when we are connected to other people.
In the third research, he found that parts of our brain region are activated when we experience "The Power of Attention." We focus on feeling a particular emotion and performing an action to accomplish goals or take risks with emotional intent.
The Reticular Activating System
Another interesting research I found is an experiment on the reticular activating system, RAS. This part of the brain filters what you focus on in your conscious awareness and the subconscious mind. It is part of our mind that stores our habits, such as our emotions and thoughts. It is the science behind the Law of Attraction. The human brain can process 11 million bits of information per second. The RAS filters out some of the information because our conscious mind can only roughly 40-50 pieces of data per second. Its job is to filter out the noise, so your brain isn't overwhelmed by the massive amounts of information you process daily.
The RAS plays an integral part in redirecting our thoughts and focusing on what we want. Thus, you will become more conscious of your surroundings. Have you been interested in Tesla Model X and started noticing them everywhere? Learning to shift your focus on positive thinking will provide you with positive outcomes. Doing so will help you manifest your dreams and goals.
Max Planck Father of Quantum Physics
Max Planck, a German theoretical physicist, discovered quantum physics in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Quantum physics is the study of matter and energy. He quoted, "All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind behind this force. This mind is the matrix of all matter."
His scientific findings lead to the connection between science and spirituality. Quantum physics supports the Law of Attraction because everything is energy that vibrates on different levels of frequencies. The universe is in a constant state of motion. As the observer, we observe our consciousness by putting our energy and focus. Your energy consists of your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. Our energy can create low or high vibrational frequency.
Like Attracts Like
Your thoughts dictate your emotions and what you attract. If you want to change your life:
Focus on shifting your paradigm, which is your thought patterns and habits.
Rhonda Byrne, author of popular-selling books: The Secret, The Power, The Magic, and Hero, says, "As you think thoughts, they are sent out into the Universe, and they magnetically attract all like things that are on the same frequency."
Stop thinking of negative thoughts that don't bring the results you want.
Focus on positivity and what you aspire to help you grow and yield desirable results.
In the summer of 1993, crime rates dropped by 25%. In Washington, DC, 4000 people participated in a transcendental meditation of peace and love for two months long. A group of scientists and researchers researched them. The volunteers believed the benefits of meditation create a "field of consciousness."
