  1. Appreciate Nature’s Beauty. Take a hike and enjoy the mountainous scenery. Or take a stroll through the park or woods and notice the flower’s vibrant beauty or strong deep-rooted strength a tree holds. It stands tall through all types of weather.

  2. Think of three mentors or teachers that made a significant impact in your life. It could be someone that helped you succeed in your studies or encouraged you to strive for your goals.

  3. Write down three things that you are good at. Think of skills or talents that are your greatest strengths.

  4. Be thankful for the person who made you smile in the last 24 hours. Smiling helps raise your vibration.

  5. Be thankful for something that has improved your life today than a year ago.
